1. SHIPPING RATES & THRESHOLDS

- Standard Shipping: Available for orders between $0.00 and $49.00, priced at $5.99.

- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders totaling $49.00 and above ($49.00+).

- Expedited Shipping: Available for an upgraded flat rate fee of $8.99 for customers desiring faster processing and transit times.

2. ESTIMATED TRANSIT & DELIVERY TIMES

Due to high demand, global fulfillment logistics, and strict quality inspection protocols, the standard shipping transit time takes approximately 10 to 20 days from the date of shipment. Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary due to custom clearance procedures, local postal delays, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day. Once shipped, customers receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.

4. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & LOST PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during checkout. seraphluxe is not liable for packages delayed, misrouted, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.
