TERMS OF PURCHASE

These Terms of Purchase govern all transactions completed through the seraphluxe Shopify store (service@seraphluxe.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PRICING

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by seraphluxe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept major credit cards and authorized digital payment methods through our secure checkout gateway. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize seraphluxe to charge your account for the total order amount, including applicable shipping fees (Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping) and taxes.

3. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from seraphluxe are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products sold by seraphluxe are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
